Dear Hammerheads Families,
The Hollywood Park Hammerheads Swim Team is gearing up for another exciting summer season! As a parent of one of our amazing swimmers, you’re already a valued part of what makes this team special — and now, we’re inviting you to take an even more active role in supporting the Hammerheads and keeping this tradition strong.
We’re offering several fun and impactful ways to support the team this year, and we’d love for you to consider participating — or sharing these opportunities with friends, family members, or businesses you know who may want to help out!

Option 1: Sponsor Our 2025 Team T-Shirts
Hammerheads t-shirt, worn proudly at practices, meets, and around the neighborhood and every swimmer and coach gets a shirt for FREE! T-shirt sponsorships help cover the cost of shirts for swimmers and coaches only. Since our primary goal is to ensure every child and coach receives a shirt at no cost to them, sponsorship funds are used specifically for those team essentials. While we’d love to provide shirts for parents too, doing so would significantly increase costs — so we offer parent shirts separately for purchase. T-shirt sponsorships are a great way to support the team and gain local visibility for a business or organization!
Sponsorship Levels:
Your logo in black and white on the back of all team shirts
Larger logo on team shirts + featured on our team Facebook page
Premium logo placement on shirts + shout-out at all home meets + logo on team banner displayed at meets + recognition at our end-of-season celebration
All sponsors will be featured on the shirts and other promotional materials.

Option 2: Donate or Sponsor a Silent Auction Basket
Our annual Silent Auction is a key fundraiser — and a great way to support the team while highlighting your favorite local business or showcasing your own creativity.

NEW! Option 3: Swimmer Social Media Shout-Outs – $5/Post
Want to cheer on your swimmer — or let Grandma, Grandpa, or extended family join in the fun? For just $5, you can submit a message that will be featured on the Hammerheads’ official social media pages!
Examples:
Messages will be posted before meets to recognize and motivate our athletes. It’s a fun, personal way to support the team — and every shout-out helps us reach our fundraising goals.
